Gina K Designs September Release Inspiration Blog Hop!! Day 1!

Hey y'all! Glad you stopped by today!

The Cast and Crew for Gina K Designs welcomes you to another fabulous Inspiration Blog Hop! This blog hop is for  our September Release!  Boy, do we have some treats for you this month!  We hope to inspire you with some eye candy as you hop along in the hop this month!  Enjoy the gorgeous inspiration samples from the team and then comment on each blog for your chance to win an awesome grab bag of GKD goodies! !!   To see who won,  check the Big News Forum at StampTV a few days after the hop.

Up first today is Melanie's  newest set, Triple Play Holiday.  And as Usual, its jam packed full of awesome stampy goodness!  Here is what I have for today:

I made the background first on this card using Brushos (LOVE playing with those!)  and it reminded me of Halloween, so I used the little pumpkins in the set!  I put googly eyes on one of them.  I think this one will go to Blake, my grandson!  :D
And then, since I didnt want to waste any of that background, I made this card: (Which I showed at the party last night)

It does not want its picture taken...lol!  the colors giving me fits!  But that daisy section is the party I cut out of the other card, where the pumpkins are.

Next up is  Theresa's   set called Vine and Butterfly.  Here is my card for today:

I stamped the vine and embossed it with white embossing powders and then stamped the butterflies in Dusty Rose and also embossed those.  Did some sponging around the edges trying to soften it a bit.  LOVE this set too, so much to do with it...my head goes nuts thinking of the ideas, lol!

Ok, ready for more awesome eye candy?  Just follow these links!

Same with me, never know what you gonna get, lol!

Thanks for stopping by today!  I hope I inspired you to see all of the beauty out in this world...I know its getting harder and harder to find, but its worth the search for it!  Listen to me trying to be oh so....i cant even think of the word I want, ha!

I had some last minute ideas...that would not go away, so I got them made and now changing from what I  had wrote up already, lol!  Here is my first card to share with you:
I was going for a pile of leaves falling out of the wheelbarrow...and yes, I cut out all of those leaves with the die!  It really didnt take that long.  I krinkled them up too and then sponged Vintage Photo distress ink on it trying to look like the crinkly leaves of winter!  :D  Fall/Autumn is my most favorite time o year...all the colors are breath taking!!   Ok, got one more to show:

For this card I cut  a strip of acetate by stamping the floral image onto  it.  with Stayz On ink.  Super Easy  card!

StampTV kit – Autumn Wishes

Here are a few things I have made with kit:

I just LOVE the little bees in this kit!  :D
This being our Autumn kit as we are calling it, you expected a Fall time one, right?  Well, Im thinking my mojo wanted some Spring time in this one.  The DP papers are actually tissue paper that you put in gift bags!  I glued onto the cardstock base.  I love the colors black, yellow and gray together!  Super easy and fun card to make!  And I also used the little bees ...again..!  This time buzzing in to say H E L L O!!
I tried this card several different ways before I finally called it DONE.  omg this card took me forever to complete.  I toned down the yellow on the bottom area with putting some dotted vellum over it and I think, although I do love yellow, it was a bit too much!  LOL!   Ok,  on to my fellow DT!!
