Its official!

Yep, its officially summertime in my book! It sure seems like this year is just flying by! Wow, JUNE already!! What are your plans for this summer? Any fun vacations planned? We never plan here, lol! Most of the time just spur of the moment kinda of people, lol!!

Here is something I did on the spur of the moment! I happened across the Serigraph Technique and decided to give it a try...I do not think mine turned out as pretty as the one Beate did, but I still like how mine turned out, here it is:

And this also fitted the color challenge that Carla posted on StampTV for this week, chocolate/green/ivory, LOVE that combo!

One thing that I think might be important with this technique, is to use WHITE embossing powder also, over the white ink you use...to make the white POP more, ya know? But I didnt have any so its on my list now! Something you cant tell with the photo either is that I spritz it with some glimmer mist after it was done...it looks beautiful IRL, with the little touch of sparkles!

Ok, that's all for now. I hope everyone had a wonderful Memorial Day weekend and loving this short week you will have with work! Thanks for stopping by and see ya soon!!
