Gina K Designs February Preview, Day 3!!

Howdy once again ya'll! So glad you are back...cause we got two more stamp sets to preview for you today...and they ROCK too! Dont forget to leave a comment on all of the DT blogs, including Gina's, for your chance to win one of FOUR stamp sets that Gina will be giving away!! Ok, up first tonight is Tami Mayberry's newest set called Life Life Loud...I have had so much fun playing with this set! Here is my card for today:

I went with a fun kinda teen look for my card...teen girl that is! LOL! Oh actually, it would work even for my age group, cause we are young at heart, right? LOL! But I do so love this set, I love grunging things up sometimes, and this set has a few things I can use for that too!

Next up is Nina Brackett's newest set called Christ Is Risen ....this set is so awesome! Not only for those Easter cards you might want to make, but for anytime cards too! Cause to celebrate the Joy of Christ Arisen, well, we need to do that more often!! Here is my card, an Easter card that I have done:

This is one of those cards that looks so much better IRL...I cross is embossed with gold embossing powder, then colored with copics...I was going for that enamelware look...Here is a close up of it too:

I should have put some Crystal Effects over it too, that would really have made it look like inlaid enamel! Ill do that next time, LOL!

Ok, I know you are ready for more eye candy ...here ya go!

  13. Pink, black and white is so surprising for the Rock Star butb it works so well. I think you have accomplished your purpose of inlaid enamel on the cross even without the glossy layer on top. Great inspiration. Thanks.
