I've done several cards for the hop and will try to keep my chattering to a minimum. LOL!! Here is my first creation:
This was a fun card to make! I used gelatos to make the background. I wanted a warm color to go with the sunflower stamp, for a recipient who needs a bit of cheering up while sick! :D Super easy card to make though! The white is paint splatters I added to it for more grunge look!
Next is a card made with leftovers on my table. I try to do this everytime, us up the leftovers right then, because chances are, Ill never pull it out of my scrap pile to use every again, lol! i KNOW me! ha! ANYways, here is the card:
And last but not least, my favorite of the bunch Ive made:
this card uses the emboss resist technique and I also used the gelatos on this one to create the background for it. I also used some molding paste and stencil to add to the background and it also gives texture to the card.
Ok, ready for more awesome inspiration? I am! Let's go hop to my fellow Cast and Crew!

Stunning cards ! Great idea to use leftovers to make another card. Thanks
ReplyDeleteI must say none of these look 'super easy' as you describe the first one which actually looks the most complicated, but certainly all are wonderful and inspiring. TFS
ReplyDeleteI have never used gelatos, great examples and I too like the last one as favorite in the bunch. You sound like me in the way you work to use scraps right away because I don't usually go back to them once I add them to the pile.
