Up first today we have Becky Oehler's newest set, Folk Filigree. This set is just sooo fun to work with! The combinations of the little flowers and greenery are endless! Here is what I did for today:For this card, well, it started out being a one layer card! LOL! At least that is wha tI had in mind...I masked off the area that has the flowers stamped in it, was doing a faux layer, then decided to add a bit more, lol! I always do that...one reason it takes me for ages to make a card! ANYways, this is what I ended up with! Love the little flowers in this set! Ok, next up is Theresa Momber's new set, Signs Of Spring...Here is what I have done with this set for today:
I stamped the crocus flowers onto vellum and heat embossed them in white. I had intentions of coloring them again, like I did for my card at the release party, but then decided they looked good on just white! :D I LOVE how Theresa's sets are so 'true' I call them...very realistic images! LOVE it!
