Illustrator Blog Hop, Movie Magic!!

Howdy ya'll and welcome to our May Illustrator/Design Team Blog Hop for this month! I just LOVED this challenge when Gina gave it to us....we were to design a card based on a favorite movie of ours using last month's release stamps....And I got to tell you, I had MANY movies come to mind, but stuck with this one....here is my card, and can you guess what movie before looking? LOL!

One of my most favorite movies, A River Runs Through It...I still cry a bit every time in this movie! And I know I have seen it about 10 times at least, lol! For my card, I used Theresa's newest set, Gone Fishing. For my 'river', i just used a piece of cardstock, cut freehand, scrunched it up a bit and sanded it to give it more dimension, to look like a river, but it didnt photograph well at all, looks much better IRL! This is a fantastic stamp set for creating scenes though! LOVE it!
