Gina K Designs January Release Inspiration DT Hop, Day 1!!

Hey y'all!! Welcome to our first day of the Inspiration hops for this month!

The Design Team for Gina K. Designs welcomes you to another fabulous Inspiration Blog Hop! Gina and the Design Team will inspire you with many beautiful ideas! And as you hop through their blogs, make sure to leave a comment on each of them because we will choose a few random comments and those stampers will each win a grab bag of Gina K. Designs products! To see the full list of winners check the Big News Forum at Stamp TV a few days after the hops.

AND we have so much to show you...besides the new stamp sets, Gina will now be having her OWN line of ink! Ink that matches the Pure Luxury cardstocks! SOOooo very excited about this! It's called Color Companions !! You are going to LOVE this line! Inks, buttons, reinkers AND cardstock...all matchy matchy like us card makers/scrapbookers love!

Ok, now for our sets for today, which we have 3 of! Up first is Melanie Muenchinger's newest set called, Stately Flowers 6..Yep, another in the State flowers series! yay! Here is what I did for today:

I had to make a yellow rose, my Mom's favorite! She would get so homesick after she moved to live with her sister up in northern AR, when they would play 'Yellow Rose of Texas' on the radio...so this is in memory of her! I spritz it was some shimmerz, hard to get a pic of that though! Otherwise its really a one layer card...I embossed the Spellbinders label around the rose that I colored with copics..did some masking to sponge the green on and then spritz it.

Up next is Beth Silaika's Newest set called Lovely Ladybug. Here is my card for that set:

There are SOooo many possibilities to build your own ladybug, in any color you want too! :D This set just makes me smile! And I also made a card that I showed at the party in which I didnt make ladybugs, I made a flower! So fun!

Ok, last but not least is Carolyn King's newest set called Stamp It Big! I am so loving these BIG sentiments in this set...so fun! They can stand alone or be added to some DP..either way works fantastic! Here is my card for today with it:

I embossed the 'Thanks' in clear embossing powder and then masked it off...used the new ink pad in Honey Mustard directly to the cardstock. It kinda bled through my tape I used to mask with...but I like how that turned out...happy accident! :D

Ok, ready for more awesome inspiration and eye candy? Here ya go!

Thanks for stopping by today! Come on back by tomorrow, same time, same place! Ill have a few more stamp sets to showcase for ya!!
