Up first today is Melanie Muenchinger's newest set called Stately Flowers 7, another awesome addition to this collection! I so love all of these state flower stamps! Here is a card I showed at the party the other night:
I just used the sentiment and butterfly stamps on this card. I wanted to show that you do not have to be one that has those awesome coloring skills for flowers to enjoy this set! Melanie even made such an awesome card with the flowers and NO coloring! So do not feel intimidated by these stamps, thinking that you need to be able to color, you dont! :D
Up next is Tami Mayberry's newest set called Simple Numbers. This is another 'simple' but awesome concept for a stamp set by Tami!! Here is what I did with it:
Im all ready for my daughter's birthday in November! :D She loves red, so that is why everyone of the cards I make for her birthday are red, lol! And yep, she's the big 30 this year...I definitely will be rubbing that in to her, haha!
Ok, one last card that I made today, or rather yesterday, and with this one, I combined Mel's, Tami's and the new free stamp you can get when you spend $25.00!! Here it is:
I used the flowers from Mel's set, and embossed them in gold. I used the numbers and sentiment (The Big, and 'th') from Tami's set and then the free stamp 'Congratulations', and made an 50th anniversary card! I used gold and silver cardstock too, it looks awesome IRL! I did some 'fussy' cutting on some of the flowers to pop them up...(this is my challenge today over on StampTV!! Come Play along with us!) My SIL's parents are celebrating their 50th this September and this card is for them. :D
