Today, we are showcasing two stamp sets for you! First up is Melanie Meunchinger's set, Fabulous Flowers and it is indeed!
Here is what I have done for today:
Here is what I have done for today:
Ok, up next is Theresa Momber's new set, Framescape - Simply Spring.
Arent these Framescapes by Theresa just AWEsome!?! Oh so much fun too! Here is what I have done with this set:
For this card, I used a Gelli Plate for making the background, which is loads of fun too! I kept the blue up top and the green on bottom so it would kinda resemble a grassy meadow and blue skys. I then stamped in black ink and added clear embossing powder and heat set the black ink. The balloons are colored with copics and I stamped them all over with the versamark ink pad and heat embossed them with clear embossing powder too. I sponged in the clouds with a small dauber dipped in white paint. I then added photo corners to make it look like a photo..sorta...LOL! Here is one I did to show you dont have to use the frame part each time.
For this card, I did a bit of watercoloring using the Kuretake Clean Color Waterbrush markers. I first colored on the stamp with the green color and brown of the trunk of the tree. Which when stamped, doesnt look like much! BUT. take a bit of water on your paint brush and smear it around to the edges of the stamped image, which was visible for me. I think just swooshed some brown and green on the ground and very faintly some blue for the sky area. I love how this turned out and its Billy's pick of the release! :D And One more using the tree and watercolor:
Same way of coloring the tree and on this one I did the tulips like that too. Happy Easter! :D
