Framescapes Enchanted Forest |
Oh this set is just magical! LOL! Fun to stamp and create a little forest scene with too! Here is what I have for today:
I created a magical night scene with the little fairy hitching a ride on the moon to sprinkle her stars in the night sky! (Can you tell i like telling children stories, lol!) I used the new Connect Glue by Gina K. and it works FANtastic! It grabs just right...not too quick, a bit of play time but then its stuck! These are little tiny sequin stars and you know how sequins are a bit onery about sticking! And the silver frame is from some of that silver papers from the Dollar Tree and it will not stick over a sponged area with scor-tape even and so I used the Connect Glue and it stuck! yay! Only complaint, I want a bigger bottle! haha!
Next up, Our newest Illustrator Lisa Hetrick's set, You Are...I LOVE the sayings in this set!
You Are |
This is what I Have for today with this set:
For this card I stamped and heat embossed the images in black and then I used Distress Oxide ink to make the watercolored background. Stamped the 'hello' in the same oxide ink but I messed it up so stamped it with black to cover my booboo and to look like I made the shadow on purpose, Ha!
And here is another one with this set:
Ok, last but far from the least is Claire Brennan's set Geo Thanks:
Geo Thanks |
For this card, I was going for a stained glass look. I stamped the feather image onto vellum paper with versamark ink and then heat embossed it in white. I then colored on the backside of the image. I took the image of the feather and also stamped it onto plain white cardstock and then popped up the layer of vellum over it. I liked how it turned out, so did another in the same way! :D
I love it with the florals in the set too! Done same way as I described above!
Ok, that's all from me for today! We will be showcasing the new StampTV kit tomorrow so be sure to come on back by then!
You should have came from Beth Silaika's Blog to mine and your next stop will be Donna Idlet's Blog! If you get lost on the way, you can always click to Gina's blog and she will have the list up for you too!
