Gina K. Designs May 2018 Release Inspiration Blog Hop - Day 1!

Hey Y'all!  Glad you stopped by!!

Welcome to day 1 of our May Release Inspiration hop!  And as usual, jam packed full of some awesome eye candy along the way AND prizes!  We will be giving away a $25 gift certificate, three of the, one for each day!  So be sure and comment on all the blogs to increase your chances to win!  We will be pulling the winners and announcing on Friday and you can check the Big News Forum on StamptV to see if you won or not!

You should have come from the awe inspiring  Arjita Singh's Blog!!

Ok, up first today we have two sets!  First is Melanie's new set, Women of Faith.

Here is what I have for you today:

For this card, I used some Yupo paper and inks to create the background.  I then embossed with an embossing folder and kinda sanded the writing to make it pop out more.  The flower is also colored on Yupo paper with inks.  Cut the sentiment out on an angle the distressed it a bit with some sponging.  This goes out to all of my online friends out there!  Because I do feel truly blessed!  Love this set because it has sooo many ways to say different things!  I think Melanie even has made a list of combinations of the sentiments!  Melanies sets ALWAYS are just HUGE!  (down below Ill have more cards made with this set, which includes my fav!!  ;))

Next up is Emily's new set, Anemone Wishes, with matching dies!

Here is what I have for today:

I water colored on this.  Masked off the middle area and stamped and watercolored the flowers.  I also die cut some of the greenery to add around it.  The dots are Nuvo drop.  (I'm trying to use up those darn things!!)  This set is soo fun to color and  soo many ways to do it!  And once again, I'll have more from this set down below that was shown at the release party.

Ok , your next stop on the way would be the oh so awesome Donna Idlet!

If you happen to get lost on the way you can always go to the very beginning, which is Gina's Blog

And here is the complete list of the Design Team!

Ok, that's all from me for today, except for a few more of my cards from these sets!  I hope you enjoy and are inspired!  And if so, you can click my affiliate link, no extra charge to you for using it!  Thanks ssoooo much for the support and wonderful comments you all love!  It truly makes my day!  :D
