Ok, up today we are showcasing a new set by Theresa Momber called Framescapes - Window of Wishes. I am so loving these Framescapes of Theresa's! Here is what I did for today:
I created a little view form the window! :D I watercolored the sky and the curtains are 'hung' from a curtain rod I made of soft flex wire(will not hurt you! ). The curtains are paper pieced form a Gina K. designer paper. I then colored the flowers/shelf and window frame with copics. This reminds me of my grandma's kitchen view! They had a farm and about all you saw out her kitchen windows were trees...and chickens, lol! And I do plan on showing a quick tutorial on how I made the cloudy sky! I used the best two paint brushes in the world! :D

ReplyDeleteGreat card, the curtain rod is genius! I have to say, the view you created reminded me of the view from my aunt's farmhouse window that I enjoyed so much as a child. I'm feeling pretty nostalgic now. :-)
