My first card up today is my favorite that I made, and it used some older Therm O Web goodies too.  I used the new Birthday Bash Foil-Mates:

I used the Clear Toner Sheets, Pinstripes.  I used brilliant blue and Jelly Bean Green Fancy Foils and cut a window to place the clear sheets at...  the happy birthday to you is cut out with the Fancy Label Die set from Gina K.  You get just a little peek on the inside and here is the inside:

The stars kinda move when you open it.  The stars are a punch I had.

Next I used the Birthday Bash again...(I got 4 family birthdays coming in July!)  this one is all gorgeous in Silver!

This is front view, and here it is showing its gorgeous sparkle!

And last but not least is one I made using the Better With You set...I LOVE this set..the font and the sentiments!

This card has the Bubblegum pink Fancy Foil on the sentiment.  The clouds are an embossing folder and I inked it up with Gina K. Slate ink then embossed.  I had to distress the edges a bit...just looked like it fit it, lol!

Up today is the brand spanking new StampTV kit!!

I  soooo love these kits!!  They are always packed full of images for every taste...to color, or solids to use all kinda of techniques on!  I have several to show you for today!

For this card I used Yupo paper on it.  Back when I first used Yupo, I discovered by accident that if you stamped on the paper, after adding alcohol inks, it would 'lift off' the color and leave like a ghost image.  That is what I have done on this card with some of the greenery from the kit.  I cut the circle area out with a die and then layered a lighter shade of green with the sentiment heat embossed on it.  I kept it pretty simple.  I added the stick pin of hearts for a little special touch.  I combine my love of jewelry making with card making when I can, lol!  This next card used the same technique, with the yupo paper.  I then turned around and did the 2nd generation stamping in the 'ghost' area it left.  THEN cut it up in strips before gluing to the cardstock layer.

And I have one last card.  I did some hand stitching on this one...trying to use up some sequins too!  LOL!  I bought a gazillion back when they were hot so need to use them up! (or wait a few years and they will make a come back, ha!)  BUT, I wanted to show you dont have to be an expert color - er , you can just stamp the images in ink, use same colors in cardstocks and in my case, stitching to make the flowers pop out!

Ok, ready for more eye candy?   You should have hopped from the totally rocking

 Arjita Singh's Blog!

So your next stop will be the totally awesome

Ok, for today we have two new sets from our brand spanking new Illustrator, Hannah Schroepfer

and

Up first today for me is those lovely llamas!  Are they not just too cute?  I dont know what brought on the llama craze but I do love them!  LOL!  At first I  was just drawing a blank of how to showcase this set and then got this idea in my head.  Lot of masking and I used my new Daniel Smith watercolors on them!  I LOVE how this card turned out!

A fellow DT, (Susie Q!!)  said the one in front looks like a church lady with her bonnet on!  haha!  And then that brought to mind the SNL skit with the church lady...ahhh well i digress....lol!

Next up is the Stuck  on You set.  I also made a scene with this set, its down below, but this one I made too that I did not show at the Release Party:

I water colored also on this card and kept it pretty CAS.  More of a card for a male to me. I also distressed the edges a bit and then rounded opposite corners.  Really quick card on this one!  Its because the scene one took a long time!  LOL!

Ok, ready for more eye candy as I call it?  Your next stop on the blog hop will be

Ok, up first today we have two sets!  First is Melanie's new set, Women of Faith.

Here is what I have for you today:

For this card, I used some Yupo paper and inks to create the background.  I then embossed with an embossing folder and kinda sanded the writing to make it pop out more.  The flower is also colored on Yupo paper with inks.  Cut the sentiment out on an angle the distressed it a bit with some sponging.  This goes out to all of my online friends out there!  Because I do feel truly blessed!  Love this set because it has sooo many ways to say different things!  I think Melanie even has made a list of combinations of the sentiments!  Melanies sets ALWAYS are just HUGE!  (down below Ill have more cards made with this set, which includes my fav!!  ;))

Next up is Emily's new set, Anemone Wishes, with matching dies!

Here is what I have for today:

I water colored on this.  Masked off the middle area and stamped and watercolored the flowers.  I also die cut some of the greenery to add around it.  The dots are Nuvo drop.  (I'm trying to use up those darn things!!)  This set is soo fun to color and  soo many ways to do it!  And once again, I'll have more from this set down below that was shown at the release party.

Ok , your next stop on the way would be the oh so awesome Donna Idlet!

Gina K. Designs 2018 New Colors Release Blog Hop!

Hey Y'all!  Glad to see ya!

Gina K. Designs

Welcome to our little hop featuring the new colors that Gina has just released!  OHhhh my are they gorgeous or what??  just look at the gorgeousness:

The name of the inks:

Tranquil Teal, Coral Reef, Lucky Clover, Plum Punch
Key Lime, Slate, Sea Glass, Tangerine Twist
Ink cubes

full size ink pads

Cardstocks AND matching envelopes!  Are you in loooove?!!  I am!  I just love new colors!  The world could use all kinds of pretty colors in it , lol! And this ink, in jet black:

It works with most of our mediums we use for coloring!  I have only used with watercolor so far and it worked fantastic!

AND FINALLY, Sandy Beach Ink in cube and full size pads!

And before I show my examples, just wanted to tell ya to be sure and comment on each blog for your chance to win a $25 gift certificate to Gina K. Designs!! You can check a few days after the blog hop in the Big News Forum on StampTV to see if you won!!

Ok here is my first card for today!  I THINK my favorite color out of the new bunch is the Plum Punch!  But that is subject to change at any given moment, ha!

I stamped that sentiment first and its from Emily's new set, Lettered and Lovely  The flowers are from Lisa's new set,  Hello Beautiful.  I heat embossed the sentiment in white..and the background for that was created by taking the stamp pad and squish it onto some paper!  :D  I didnt even color the flowers because I thought on this design this looked best!  Whatcha think?  I can take it...hahaha!
On this next card I used the mini stamp set, You Make Me SmileYou Make Me Smile

I just played around with some watercolors on this one.  ALMOST through it away Because Shady decided it tasted good on the edges!  So I tore the edge and thought , hey I can make this work, lol!  The new color I used on this one was the Coral Reef!  It.is.gorgeous.  But then, I'd say this about all of the inks and cardstocks!  But they ARE!    Ok next, I made a shaker card!

For this set I used Melanies' set, Pressed Flowers 2.
The panel that is holding the 'shakers' is the foil-able sheets from Thermo-Web that Gina carries in her store.  I did not foil this one, i wanted those vines to be black.  The die 'you' is cut out in 3 different colors and I offset them a bit, each color, as i glued.  The flower, I stamped it with the new Tangerine Twist ink and then colored using color pencils to do the shading with.  Super easy really!

I have several more cards, but Ill not hold you up!  haha!
You should have came from

And your next stop will be the
And anytime you might get lost on the way, just hop back to Gina's blog and that will help you find your spot!  :D
