This stamp set is so fun and versatile! You will be able to create amazing card projects...especially for
the male figures in your life!  Which as stampers, we all know can be challenging, right?

And look at what all else comes in this mini kit:

Cardstock, ink pads and papers AND glue OH MY!  this is such an awesome bargain!

Ok, I got hit with some late night inspiration last night and came back and changed my blog post because I liked these cards better, LOL!  Here is my first one for you:

For this card, I have a piece of blue jeans as part of the card.  And the part that the sentiment is stamped...I took of piece of that brown wrapping paper that comes in lots of packages and stamped the anchor image all over a section of it and stamped it with versamark, then heat embossed it.  I will use it like this..cut in strips.  Im being frugal...yes?  :D   Ok , got one more card to share today with you:

I was trying to create a rocky point that the light house is sitting on...can you tell that?  LOL!  I heat embossed this in silver , the 'water' was created with colored vellum, I tore the edges to give white cap appearance, and the ray of the light was created with glitter paste...of all glitter things...I LOVE this glitter paste!  It is gorgeous and doesnt get all over the place!  (I might make Gina pass out saying I love anything glitter!  haha!)

Enjoy the gorgeous inspiration samples from the team and then comment on each blog for your chance to win a $20 Gina K Designs gift certificate! To see who won, check the Big News Forum at StampTV a few days after the hop.

First up today is Beth's set, Vicki Mermaid.  How cute is that little mermaid?  here, let me show ya, lol!

Here she is!  Frolicking in the sea with her little fish friend!  I used some distress oxide inks for the 'waves and sponging for the clouds.  You can see of course, the sparkly goodness on her and the fish.  I used the Wink of Stella glitter pen in clear on them.  And another I made using the little seahorse:

I made a shaker card!  Super fun to make!  I also used some acetate...yes, I am the Queen Acetate, haha!  I do so love using it, but guess you can tell that!  :D

Up next is Claire's new set, Cottage Garden. Here is what I did with it for today:

I masked, and sponged and colored and masked and  sponged...and ...well you get what I mean!  I had so much fun making this card!  I also added an overlay of colored vellum and cut with a circular opening.  The sides just looked like they were missing something an I didnt want to risk messing it all up by stamping something else there, so came up with this, lol!  Sharing my crazy thought process with ya! ha!

And last but not least. the new incentive stamps Botanical Blocks.  I have not got to play with this one as much as a want yet  because I need to get something to play with it with and its in town!  LOL!  Anywayssss, here is what I have for today:

I did some watercoloring, lightly, on the background and the images are heat embossed and black glitter embossing powders...all sparkly!  :D

First up I have Melanie's set, Stately Flowers 11...and OH my!  you are gonna love the stamp image that you can STAMP the flowers into...and MANY other ways to use that image too!  I am sure Melanie will show you too!  My card came about as really an accident!  Stamps with an open space like the stamp image in this set...when I used them I press the ink pad too hard sometimes and will get an inky spot in the middle...well, I did on this one so I went with the boo boo and just added a bigger booboo and then stamped the flower in it!  LOL!  I actually made 3 cards with this booboo!  Here is this one for today:

It leaves that line looking spot...perfect for distressed look!  And you dont have to even color the flowers!  LOL!

Ok, next up is Theresa's set Daisy Delight...OMG, who doesnt love a daisy??  and this big one is sooo much fun to use!  And the techniques you could use on this big ole stamp are endless!  Here is mine for today:

For this card, the background was created with some watercolors and the nuvo drops added in a messy way (not perfectly cylindrical).  The daisy is embossed with gold and masked off with masking fluid before doing the background.  And here is another one...me using that acetate again, lol!

For this card, I heat embossed the daisies with white embossing powder and then sponged/rubbed on distress oxide inks.  I tore the edge and added that to a clear acetate cardstock piece.  The tricky part is to sure and use a glue that is invisible dry...so the back of the front panel wont look all yucky!  :D

Ok, that's all from me for today!  I posted the cards I showed at the release party below also for you viewing pleasure too!
