Gina K Design Preview Day 2!!

Hey ya'll! Welcome back to day 2 of the previews for the release from Gina K Designs for September...last night's previews were soo awesome! I am so honored to work along side my fellow DT! They are always such inspirations to me! Ok, I wont get all mushy on ya, LOL! ON WITH THE SHOW!!

Up first tonight is Melanie Muenchinger's newest set called Hip to be Square (pssttt..I THINK she named this after me, haha!) Here is one of the things I have done with this set:

I have been mass producing Christmas cards! I wanted a card that would quick, easy to mail, and still look fantastic! Well, Mel's set helped me do this! Here is just one by itself:

I used the solid square stamp and the ribbon stamp that fits it perfect...I stamped the ribbon with versamark and embossed it with silver embossing powder, and then just popped them up and mounting tape by scotch that has a bit of dimension, but not too much. I had that little skinny narrow ribbon in my stash from last year and it matched really good to me with this so used it between 2 scored lines and did a bit of paper piercing and all done! I mean, the longest part was embossing the ribbon part and the ink drying on the stamped squares! I am going to make about 3 more of these type to send out...and then I have another idea in mind for more ;)

Next up is the newest set by Nina Brackett called Lord of the Season. Here is my card I did with it:

Since I know you all have seen alot of Christmas card, lol, I decided to do a Fall theme one for my preview. I have stated before how much I love the Fall, and this image is just gorgeous Fall image to me! And the sentiment, one of my favorites! It gives you a hint what else might be in this awesome set! ;)
And the papers and ribbon AND the button... yep from the new Autumn Assortment Companion Pack! I am just soo loving these, and I know you are going to also! Us cardmakers, we like stuff all matchy matchy and these companion Packs make it easy!

OK, now for more awesome eye candy!
