Gina K Design August Release Inspiration Blog Hop! Day 2!!

Howdy Ya'll and welcome back to our 2nd day of inspiration for you, using the new stamp sets from Gina K Designs!! We have two sets today to inspire you with! Up first is Melanie Muenchinger's newest set called Basket Buddies...which coordinates perfectly with her previous stamp set called Basket Blessings!! I did not use the Blessings stamp set, just used the oh so cute kitty and puppy images! Here is what I did:

How cute are those images?? This is such an adorable set for all of us and our friends who have fur babies!! Cause even if you don't have one, you know someone who does, right? I did a bit of masking and paired one of the puppies with the kitty...we had a cat and dog once that did everything together, just like best friends!! If the dog went out, the cat had to go too and stayed right by the dog outside, lol! Even would try to cover the dog's poop up outside!! ROFL! Ok..enough of that , haha! I colored my images with Prisma pencils and Gamsol this time instead of using my beloved copics! Then just did some layering is all and was done!

Ok, next up we have *Theresa Momber's newest set called Heartfelt...what gorgeous realistic images in this set! Here is what I did for today with it:

LOVE the flowers in this set and that little picket fence...LOVE that too! I did color this one with my copics..did a bit of sponging on the edges with distress inks. I cut out the bigger flowers and mounted them in front of the fence to give it more dimension. Kinda shabby/chic style I think!

Ready for more awesome inspiration? Here are the links to all of my fellow DT and be sure and leave a comment on all blogs for your chance to win a stamp set!!
