Gina K Designs October Release Inspiration Hop Day 2!!

The Cast and Crew for Gina K Designs welcomes you to another fabulous Inspiration Blog Hop! Gina, along with the Cast and Crew and Guest Designers, will inspire you with many beautiful ideas! And as you hop through their blogs, make sure to leave a comment on each of them because we will choose a few random comments and those stampers will each win a grab bag of Gina K. Designs products! To see the full list of winners check the Big News Forum at StampTV a few days after the hops.

Today, we are showcasing  Theresa Momber's Peace and Joy.  I have a couple of cards to show you today.  This first one is the one I used glitter on!  :D   Yes, Ill be sparkly for about a week at least now!  But I do like what the little strips of platinum glitter added to it!

I stamped and colored a bunch of the holly image and then used versamark ink and embossing powder on them too.  Thus the glossy looking leaves to those holly!  (like IRL!)  i then strung them on some jute and tied them to the card!  Pretty simple!  Ok, next a technique card I did, Cracked Glass!

I had forgotten about this technique and was thrilled how it turned out! Gotta watch burning them fingers in doing this though, lol!  I have two burned spots from this!   And a close up of the 'cracked Glass' :

It's been a long time since cracked glass was demonstrated in Gina K, and your card turned out beautifully. I like the stringing of holly leaves on your first card, and the technique you used to make them shine. Refreshing!
